Return policy: Report any/all damaged goods to dirtcultureclay@gmail.com, refund on case by case basis. No refund to undamaged goods. 

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 week of online purchase. There is an option for all purchases to be picked up at the Denver studio. If you are local and wish to pick up your purchase, select this option at checkout.

Can I put my food safe items in the dishwasher?: All food safe items are dishwasher friendly, but to preserve handmade items for longer, hand washing is suggested.

Why are some items not food safe?: Each product description mentions whether or not said item is food safe. Because clay is porous, unglazed clay on the inside of bottles, plates, etc. cannot be used for food items and liquids that are meant for consumption.

All Dirt Culture items are handmade and therefore no two items are exactly alike.
